POLINA is an European Union’s Horizon EIC-Pathfinder Open project that will combine a novel, light-sensitive amino acid materials platform with established and emerging photolithographic techniques to offer an industry-ready solution and contribute to the growing biomedical market.
Its aim is to bring concrete benefits to science, technology, society, the environment, and the economy, offering Europe`s medical industries an edge to deliver biocompatible, multifunctional implantable devices and research and development tools.
